Moroccan Lamb

Tender bite size cuts of lamb marinated for 24 hours in a mix of Moroccan spices and cooked slowly for 2 hours with red onions, ginger. chickpeas, diced dry apricot and raisins.Garnished with fresh mint leaves and served with spiced couscous and minted yoghurt.
