Paella

We are probably best known for our paella. Below are listed our standard Paella, you can if you like add further ingredients such as lobster or white fish for example and in reverse if you prefer leave certain ingredients out.

N.B. Our Paella Royale and Classic Sea Food Paella are created using giant tiger prawns with shells on. If you would like the tiger prawns without shells, please ask.

Our Paella Royale and Meat Paella are created using chicken with bones in. We can use boneless chicken on request.

Paella Royale

This is by far our most popular paella. It consists of paella rice, roasted onions and peppers plus peas. Our own fish stock and our own mix of paella spices, cooking chorizo imported direct from Spain, giant tiger prawns, giant clams, giant green lip mussels, mussels, squid and roast chicken. The paella is then finished with freshly squeezed lemon juice and freshly chopped flat leaf parsley.

Classic Seafood Paella

Our Classic Paella is exactly the same as our Paella Royale but without the roast chicken.

Meat Paella

Our Meat Paella consists of paella rice, roasted onions and peppers plus peas. Our own mix of paella spices, cooking chorizo imported from Spain, roast pork and roast chicken breast. Rabbit, ( in season) is a popular and authentic addition to  a meat paella. Please ask if you would like to add rabbit or for that matter any other meat.

Deluxe or bespoke Paella

With the help of our chefs you could design your own paella. If you want to make an impression why not add lobster or extra large prawns. Please contact us if you need advice.

Paella Basquais

A French version of the world famous Paella. Essentialy it is the same as the Classic seafood paella with the addition of chicken, prime gammon and fillets of white fish. Very filling.
