Starting from a minimum of 5 servings. We recognise that more and more people are now vegetarian. In recognition of this we can provide a number of vegetarian options. As with our other dishes all are cooked from scratch in front of your guests.
Champignon Forestiere
A fresh mix of wild, exotic and cultivated mushrooms slowly cooked in a white wine and cream sauce with subtle mix of spices and served on a bed of rice. By far our most popular vegetarian dish and often ordered as a main option beside our other giant pan offerings.

Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Risotto
Courgette, mixed peppers, tomatoes, carrots, celery, mushrooms, olives and other vegetables when in season roasted and cooked with risotto rice. A superb dish for all seasons.
Vegetable Couscous
A North African classic. A rich mix of vegetables cooked with chick peas and tomatoes and served with steaming hot couscous. For your guests who like to live dangerously we also provide a homemade spicy Harissa sauce.
Vegetarian Paella
A rich mix of vegetables with olives cooked in our own paella spice mix with rice. A good alternative for those who like the taste of an authentic paella but cannot eat meat of fish.
Aloo Chole, (Potato and Chickpea Curry)
A delicious and rich vegetarian curry based around chickpeas and potatoes. Fresh green chillies are used to give this curry a little spice and no fewer than 8 different spices are blended to create an authentic flavour. Served with rice.
Thakkali Bendakka – Cherry Tomatoes and Okra Curry
A superb curry originating from Sri Lanka. Tender okra with halved cherry tomatoes and onion cooked with fresh ginger and garlic in an aromatic blend of no less than 7 different spices. Served with rice. Without rice this also makes a good side dish.
Gaju Kalya Foogath – Banana Curry
An authentic and unusual curry to impress your guests. Plaintains cooked with fresh chillies, peppers, onion and garlic in coconut milk along with a traditional mix of spices. Served with rice.
